with an oriental vegetable salad, lime crème fraîche and toasted peanuts

beef & horseradish risotto

pan-fried rump steak with a horseradish risotto, spring onions and a red wine jus

with potato & chorizo hash, an avocado & cucumber salsa, lime crème fraîche and fresh coriander

Monkfish & Scallop Curry

with pak choi, edamame beans and red peppers in an aromatic chilli and coconut sauce served with jasmine & wild rice and a tempura king prawn

aromatic lamb and halloumi salad

cumin and thyme rubbed lamb skewers with crispy buttermilk halloumi, roasted red peppers, courgettes, mixed leaves and mint yogurt

asparagus & wild mushroom conghiglioni

artisan pasta in a lemon & parmesan cream sauce with spring onions, caper berries and truffle oil
